This is a Gestalt approach to conflicts in organizations. Conflicts are part of life and so, also part of life in organizations. Many times we try to avoid or to solve our conflicts as soon as possible. We don't like them and "It's a waste of time!" The Gestalt approach of conflicts however is more focused on a deeper understanding of the conflict. We like to see and explore it as a phenomena in the field of the organization. What might the conflict represent? What might be the function of the conflict in this field? What can we learn from this conflict about the total field of the organization? These are questions which need to be explored instead of being erased.

During this workshop we will share experiences, offer theoretical background and practical experiences and work on cases of the participants.
